Lower Keys Medical Center (LKMC) Nursing Scholarship

SPRING 2026

The Lower Keys Medical Center (LKMC) Nursing Scholarship is available to Florida residents enrolled in the AS Nursing or BS Nursing programs at The College of the Florida Keys. Eligible students must have a completed 2025–26 FAFSA and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7. The value of the scholarship is $2,500. Funds may be used toward tuition and fees at CFK for the awarded term.

Scholarship recipients are also required to:
1. Confirm registration in courses at CFK for the term in which the scholarship is to be used.
2. Complete a minimum of 8 hours of volunteer service to the CFK Foundation and/or approved charity if requested. (Details will be sent separately if/when applicable.)
3. Attend the annual CFK Scholarship Social at the Tennessee Williams Theatre on the William A. Seeker Campus in Key West during the Fall semester. The event typically occurs in September, and details will be distributed when confirmed.
4. Demonstrate and maintain the scholarship criteria and requirements.

The Foundation reserves the right to withdraw or modify the student’s award based on the student’s fulfillment of required scholarship criteria.
